Tips: Copying multiple items to your clipboard
.Trying
to copy and paste a paragraph, chart, and graphic means that you're often switching
back and forth between your applications. Before you know it, you'll be experiencing
the PC-equivalent of motion sickness. With the debut of Microsoft Office
2000, you can put away the Dramamine. With Office 2000 and later, you can collect
multiple items to your clipboard and paste them wherever you want. - Simply
select something to copy (Edit menu : Copy). And then repeat the
action.
- Click the Edit menu : Office Clipboard. A pane will
appear to the right displaying all the items you've copied.
- To paste
the item, click it and select Paste.
- This works across all Microsoft Office
programs.
